VMWare Server - errors opening virtual machines from Workstation/Player

Now A Days BackTrack 5 R3 Version is Realesed and Guys and Girls Simply Download with Vmware Copy From the Internet and Simply Try to Run in VMware WorkStation/Player But it Gives the Error:

''Invalid configuration file: File "C:\Documents and Settings\My Documents\My Virtual Machines\BT5R3-GNOME-VM-32\BT5R3-GNOME-VM-32.vmx" was created by a VMware product with more features than this version of VMware Workstation and cannot be used with this version of VMware Workstation.
Cannot open configuration file C:\Documents and Settings\My Documents\My Virtual Machines\BT5R3-GNOME-VM-32\BT5R3-GNOME-VM-32.vmx.

 Bcoz Peoles Like me always used a latest Version Of Softwares And they Create a .Vmx Copy from that VMware and when Someother Guys Try to Run that Copy From VMware OLd Version it Will Throw an Error.

So i Came with This trick For my Friends So that they Can also Run This .Vmx which is created from Advanced Version on their Old VMware Version.

VMWare Server/Workstation 6.5 doesn't support the same set of features as the more recent versions of VMWare Workstation and VMWare Player, so you may not be able to open virtual machines created with more advanced features. and it will throw an error that .Vmx is created with more advanced features. However by simply modifying the configuration file you may be able to start up the virtual machine anyway, as shown in this post.

Unable to add the virtual machine to the inventory

When you try to add a virtual machine to the inventory and it has been created or upgraded with features that are not supported by VMWare Server, you'll see an error message like the one in the screenshot below ("unable to add virtual machine ... to the inventory. Configuration file was created by a VMWare product with more features than this version"):

unable to add virtual machine to inventory
Before doing anything to the virtual machine's confguration, it's a good idea to make a backup copy of it just in case anything goes wrong. Having done this, locate the .vmx file and open it in a text editor.
Look for the line that looks like this:
virtualHW.version = "8"
The version number might be different for you depending on the version the VM was create with. Change the version number to 4 so it looks like this and save the file:
virtualHW.version = "6"
Now you can successfully add the virtual machine to the inventory.

Disk was created by an unsupported version of VMWare

When you try to boot the machine up, you'll get a second error message relating to the virtual disk(s) as show in the screenshot below ("one or more of the disks used by this virtual machine was created by an unsupported version of VMWare Server"):
disk is unsupported
The solution for this is edit the .vmdk file for the virtual disk. Locate the line that looks like this (again, the version number may be different):
ddb.virtualHWVersion = "8"
and change it to this:
ddb.virtualHWVersion = "6"
Now you should be able to successfully boot the virtual machine.
Have Fun and Try to fight untill u get what u want....and dont try to say thanks if u like my Post.
Bye.

Do you get your Facebook account hacked or lost your control over it by someone’s stupid prank? If so, this post will going to help you a lot to regain access to your hacked Facebook account.
A few days ago, some of my friends on Facebook asked me: How to get your Facebook account back after being hacked? Sites like Facebook meet daily percussion with Hackers and you may have noticed such an attack in December 2011, when users got their accounts infected by clicking some spam links – since then a chine of auto-posting of inappropriate links started on their walls, but that was fixed in a few days by Facebook.
It feels really bad when someone hacks into your account and you’ve no control over his actions there. It is a fact that many people on Facebook get their accounts hacked daily by such attacks. If you are one of those, here ishow to recover your hacked Facebook account.

Facebook – Your Account has been temporarily suspended, Message

If your facebook account suspended due to friend requests you have sent from your account by ignoring the warnings issued, then send an email to disabled@facebook.com to reactivate facebook account. This may take 5 days or little more to get your account back. Explain the exact action you have performed which made the account go blocked.
——————————–
I got this message for second time with my facebook account. I was not sure whether the problem caused due to firefox or because of any phishing site. I was getting this error while trying through firefox. Anyhow, Facebook proves the stealthy security system in place :) that makes me bit comfort. It takes me through 4 steps to activate my locked account.
Verifying the Date of Birth, Primary email address configured and finally an email will be dispatched with the link to enter your new password. That is all it takes. This automatic locking system is effective but it will make any one bit scared at the first shot. It is also advisable to check with your primary email address to change its password from the older one.
If it is Gmail, then check for any recent unknown ip logins through the footer of your gmail account page. The IP details will reveal whether any other person have logged into your account or not. These must be done in no time. Delaying may let the hacker to take control of your email address too.

Thing is, all those forms are scattered throughout the Help Center and you can often go on a wild goose chase attempting to find the right one.
Help is at hand! I scoured Facebook (and Google!) for you and have compiled this helpful directory of Facebook’s contact forms.

To quickly search through this directory, simply use the “Find” feature on your browser (usually Ctrl + F on PCs, and the Apple Key + F on Macs).
