Open a WordPad File
(start > programs > accessories > WordPad)Simply Drag and Drop your .EXE File.

2. Change Filename extension of the exe File.
Most PC’s hide the extensions of files. To enable it go to Tools > Folder Options > View (tab)
Scroll down a bit and UnCheck “Hide Extensions for known file type”Now you can see the full filename.exe. Simple rename it to something else like filename.exe1
You will be able to send non exe file through gmail.
But the person you are sending this file to should be aware of what’s happening.
3. Convert your EXE File into an Extractable .zip or .rar file.
The last option you can try is to compress your executable file by using Winrar. After Installing; Right Click > Add “Filename.rar”
Gmail doesn’t scan files in the RAR format. You can send the file out without a problem. However, you must make sure your receivers can open the RAR files or you can send it .zip instead of .rar.
