following are the features : -

1) When we chat on yahoo every thing goes through the server.Only when we chat thats messages.
2) When we send files yahoo has 2 options
a) Either it uploads the file and then the other client has to down load it.
b) Either it connects to the client directly and gets the files
3) When we use video or audio:-
a) It either goes thru the server
b) Or it has client to client connection

And when we have client to client connection the opponents IP is revealed.On the 5051 port.So how do we exploit the Chat user when he gets a direct connection. And how do we go about it.Remember i am here to hack a system with out using a TOOL only by simple net commands and yahoo chat techniques.Thats what makes a difference between a real hacker and new bies.

So lets analyze
1) Its impossible to get a Attackers IP address when you only chat.
2) There are 50 % chances of getting a IP address when you send files
3) Again 50 % chances of getting IP when you use video or audio.

So why to wait lets exploit those 50 % chances .
I'll explain only for files here which lies same for Video or audio

Just i will explain what the out put is in general.In left hand side is your IP address.And in right hand side is the IP address of the foreign machine.And the port to which is connected.Ok now so what next -

if the files comes from server.Thats the file is uploaded leave itYou will not get the ip.But if a direct connection is established. HMMMM then the first attacker first phase is over

Put ineptkey.pyw  and ineptepub.pyw into one directory.

Run ineptkey.pyw. It will find the key and write it to hard disk as "adeptkey.der" in the same directory where ineptkey.pyw is.

The adeptkey.der includes all the epub drm keys file created.

Run ineptepub.pyw to remove epub drm.

Key file ADEPTKEY.DER (filled automatically if the ADEPTKEY.DER-file and ineptepub.pyw reside in the same directory).
If not, click on the "…" button and select a key file.

Choose the Input Path and Output Path, then click "Decrypt whole directory"

All the decrypted ePUB files can find in Output Path.

How to remove DRM from ePUB.

Second, Download plugin file. ineptepub_v01.7_plugin.zip

This plugin is meant to decrypt Adobe Digital Edition Epubs that are protected with Adobe's Adept encryption. It is meant to function without having to install any dependencies... other than having Calibre installed, of course. It will still work if you have Python and PyCrypto already installed, but they aren't necessary.

Plugins Installation:

Go to Calibre's Preferences page. Do **NOT** select "Get plugins to enhance calibre" as this is reserved for "official" calibre plugins, instead select "Change calibre behavior".

Under "Advanced" click on the Plugins button.

Use the "Load plugin from file" button to select the plugin's zip file (ineptepub_v01.7_plugin.zip) and click the 'Add' button. you're done.

Please note:  Adding the plugin was a success, Calibre will show the item in File Type plugins--Inept Epub DeDRM(0.1.7) by DiapDealer(as the images show). You can always click on the File-Type plugins to see if the plugin was added.

Configuration:

When first run, the plugin will attempt to find your Adobe Digital Editions installation (on Windows and Mac OS's). If successful, it will create an 'adeptkey.der' file and save it in Calibre's configuration directory. It will use that file on subsequent runs. If there are already '*.der' files in the directory, the plugin won't attempt to find the Adobe Digital Editions installation installation.

So if you have Adobe Digital Editions installation installed on the same machine as Calibre... you are ready to go. If not... keep reading.

If you already have keyfiles generated with I <3 Cabbages' ineptkey.pyw script, you can put those keyfiles in Calibre's configuration directory. The easiest way to find the correct directory is to go to Calibre's Preferences page... click on the 'Miscellaneous' button (looks like a gear),  and then click the 'Open Calibre configuration directory' button. Paste your keyfiles in there. Just make sure that

they have different names and are saved with the '.der' extension (like the ineptkey script produces). This directory isn't touched when upgrading Calibre, so it's quite safe to leave them there.

Since there is no Linux version of Adobe Digital Editions, Linux users will have to obtain a keyfile through other methods and put the file in Calibre's configuration directory.

All keyfiles with a '.der' extension found in Calibre's configuration directory will be used to attempt to decrypt a book.

** NOTE ** There is no plugin customization data for the Inept Epub DeDRM plugin.

Troubleshooting:

If you find that it's not working for you (imported epubs still have DRM), you can save a lot of time and trouble by trying to add the epub to Calibre with the command line tools. This will print out a lot of helpful debugging info that can be copied into any online help requests. I'm going to ask you to do it first, anyway, so you mighas well get used to it. ;)

Open a command prompt (terminal) and change to the directory where the ebook you're trying to import resides. Then type the command "calibredb add your_ebook.epub". Don't type the quotes and obviously change the 'your_ebook.epub' to whatever the filename of your book is. Copy the resulting output and paste it into any online help request you make.

** Note: the Mac version of Calibre doesn't install the command line tools by default. If you go to the 'Preferences' page and click on the miscellaneous button, you'll see the option to install the command line tools.

STEP 1 – Find the inept files with code for Python

Find in the internet two text files: ineptkey.pyw — version 5.4 and ineptpdf.pyw — version 8.4.50. Versions can be different, but they should not be too far away from what I have indicated. Save them in your folder, we will need these files a little bit later.

STEP 2 – Install Adobe Digital Editions and activate

I used version 1.7.2 of ADE. Here’s a screenshot below:

STEP 3 — Install Python with Crypto modules

Link the Python distribution Python 2.7 (do not use version 3!, it is not going to work for this task). File name is python-2.7.1.msi in my case.

For the crypto modules go to PyCrypto and choose file dedicated version for Python 2.7 (if you installed Python 2.7 of course, because they should match!): pycrypto-2.1.0.win32-py2.7.exe

Look at your ineptkey.pyw and ineptpdf.pyw files in Windows Explorer, they should look like this now:

STEP 4 — Retrieve your Adept key

At that point it is important that you have not only installed Adobe Digital Editions but also have it activated, otherwise you will get an error “Adobe Digital Editions not activated”:

OK, double-click ineptkey.pyw script, in a second you should see the message “Key successfully retrieved to adeptkey.der”:

Check the folder with the script, there will be the key:

Important to understand, that it is your own key, which can be applied to all books you buy in the future. Therefore, this step ( adept key extraction) is done normally only once. Keep your adeptkey.der in a safe place. Things may change with Digital Editions and the possibility to retrieve the key may not be available anymore.

STEP 5 — Decryption

Double-click ineptpdf.pyw file to see this dialog screen:

Type in required information and click Decrypt. Done! Try to open your pdf book in Acrobat Reader now.

STEP 6 — Cleaning

Sometimes while browsing inside the decrypted books, you may see the Adobe Acrobat error: “There was an error processing a page. There was a problem reading this document (110).”

Or there could be another error: “An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem.”

To fix that I use Elcomsoft Advanced PDF password recovery program (APDFPR), as in that case the reason was the Java Script (JS) code left in the document:

You can also try to sanitize your document if APDFPR does not help getting rid of 110 error. Find this option in Acrobat Professional under Tools > Protection (see the screenshots below):

 

If some pages in the decrypted document are still not willing to show, try more gentle scrolling (seriously) and avoid pushing PageDown key, or choose alternative PDF viewing software.

EXTRA STEP (If you have epub document to decrypt)

If you have epub book to decrypt, you should look for ineptepub.pyw file, the latest version tested was 5.2.

Removing encryption from (legitimate!) PDF files on Ubuntu

Many service providers have started encrypting the statements that they send you. While at some level, it does add some amount of security when the path to your inbox is not very secure. However, it is sometimes a major pain when you want to archive your emails. This is because every provider has decided on a different secret to encrypt your PDF. So if one day you wish to access a statement of your phone bill from three months back, you have to look up the bill from your archive and read the mail to find out what they used to encrypt it. With my credit card statements, phone bills etc coming in as encrypted PDFs, archiving them all becomes a major pain.

So I decided to only archive un-encrypted PDF statements from now on. I consider this as a very legitimate reason to bypass PDF encryption and do not see any legal (or at least moral) reason for doing so. So you corporate lawyers looking for a DMCA victim, get out of my face.

For years, I have been using pdftk on my Ubuntu systems to manipulate PDFs. However, it being written in Java, installing it pulls in, among other things, the gcj runtime, etc. It was a minor irritation all this while. However, things finally came to a head when it refused to decrypt my credit card statement. PDFs have the concept of an owner password and anuser password. The person who creates the PDF can set either one or both. Apparently, the ICICI credit card statements come with an owner password apart from an user password., and pdftk refused to decrypt the pdf without the owner password while all I had was the user password.

I searched around the net, and discovered another pdf manipulation gem, lying in the Ubuntu repositories no less, which can do what I want: QPDF.

So here is how I went around decrypting my statement.

$ sudo apt-get install qpdf
$ qpdf --decrypt --password=mypassword input.pdf output.pdf
$ evince output.pdf #to check if it asks for password

That is it!

How to Open Password Protected or Encrypted Adobe PDF Files

For security reasons, users like to encrypt their PDF files especially confidential data. They would set permission requirements or add passwords to restrict users’ activities such as to disallow printing, etc. However, sometimes due to certain reasons or special circumstances, we are empowered legally to crack password protected or encrypted PDF files. For instance, your boss requires you to print some documents but the documents are protected by a former colleague who has left the organization. Under this situation, you have no choice but to find a solution to unlock or crack the encrypted PDF files.

Advanced PDF Password Recovery from ElcomSoft is a program to decrypt password-protected and restricted Adobe Acrobat PDF files which have either “owner password” or user password. This software uses methods like Brute Force, Mast, Key Search and Dictionary Attack to guess the password and remove the protection. It will try all the possible character combinations to decrypt the files. However, the process might be lengthy and time consuming. If you want to have a feel on how this software works, you can actually download the trial version via the link here. Of course, many functions have been disabled in the trial version.

PDF Password Remover

Another software you can try is PDF Password Remover by VeryPDF. This software can be used to decrypt protected Adobe Acrobat PDF files, which have “owner” password set, preventing the file from editing (changing), printing, selecting text and graphics (and copying them into the Clipboard), or adding/changing annotations and form fields. Decryption is done instantly. Decrypted file can be opened in any PDF viewer (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader) without any restrictions — i.e. with edit/copy/print functions enabled. All versions of Adobe Acrobat (including 7.x, which features 128-bit encryption) are supported. However, there is a limitation in this software. It doesn’t work with documents which have “user password”. You can also download the trial version of PDF Password Remover for testing.
