Now a Vodafone Prepaid customer can transfer balance to another Vodafone Prepaid customer within UP(E).
The donor needs to dial *131*<MRP>*<Receiver number>#
For example.
*131*15*9820012345#
Note:
- Service is only available between Vodafone to Vodafone numbers, excluding Retailer numbers.
- Both donor as well as the receiver mobile numbers should be active on the Vodafone network. A subscriber should have at least completed 90 days in Vodafone network to be able to transfer balance to a receiver, or should have completed at least 30 days to be able to receive balance from a donor.
- The processing fee applicable to the donor per transaction are as follows:
- A subscriber would be able to send balance once a day and receive balance up to three times a day.

Balance Request
Now a Vodafone Prepaid customer can request balance to another Vodafone Prepaid customer within UP(E).
The donor needs to dial *132*<MRP>*<Receiver number>#
For example.
*132*15*9820012345#
Note:
- There is no charge for requesting balance, a request can be sent any number of times in a day.
- Service is only available between Vodafone to Vodafone numbers, excluding Retailer numbers.
- Both donor as well as the receiver mobile numbers should be active on the Vodafone network. A subscriber should have at least completed 30 days in Vodafone network to be able to request balance. The party requested should be active on Vodafone network and should have completed atleast 90 days on Vodafone network
- For a subscriber to receive balance, the party requested must reciprocate with a *131*<MRP>*<Requestor number>#
Call me back
Out of balance and need to talk to your friends? Well, you can now inform your friends and request them to call you back
If you have Zero or negative balance, you can request your friend to call you back with this simple step:
Dial *133*<10 digit mobile number of a friend>#
When you dial the above, your friend will get the following SMS:
"Hello! Mobile number <your number> is low on balance and has requested you to call back. Happy to Help"
Note:
- The receiver's number should be 10 digits only
- To use this service, the sender should have zero or negative balance.
- The sender should be a valid Vodafone customer for more than 90 days.
- This service is not available on DLM/E-top/PCO numbers.
- Only prepaid subscriber can request for call back.
- This service is only available between Vodafone subscribers.
