1> Go to Power option
>choose high performance
2> Run > msconfig > Disable all unwanted startup program and services.
3> Go to Defragment and optimize Drives on all Drives.
4> Run> %temp% and delete all Unwanted Files and Folders
5> Run> temp and delete all Unwanted Files and Folders
6> Run> prefetch and delete all Unwanted Files and Folders
7> Select C Drives> Properties> Disk clean and Clean the disk
8> Run> regedit> HKEY_CURRENT_USER> Control Panel> Mouse> Mouse Hover time> Set it to 10
Now select Desktop> MouseShowDelay> 10
9> Go to Computer Properties> System> Advanced System Settings> Performance Settings>Adjust For Best Performance.
Restart.
