How To Connect Your Mi Phone to Wi-Fi Network Without Any Password or Third-party App - Using WPS

I'm here with a new #TutorialForYou. Hope you all enjoyed my previous threads from #TutorialForYou. In this tutorial I will show you step by step, how to connect your Mi Phone to a secured WiFi Network without any password or any third-party app by using WPS. (On MIUI)

What is WPS?
WPS stands for Wi-Fi Protected Setup. It is a wireless network security standard that tries to make connections between a router and wireless devices faster and easier. WPS works only for wireless networks that use a password that is encrypted with the WPA Personal or WPA2 Personal security protocols.

Step 1

Locate and press the WPS button on your router.
(Alternatively, you can access your router’s web-based setup page and configure WPS from there!)

Step 2

Open "Settings" from Your Mi Phone (Or you can directly go to WiFi section from Notification Toggle)	Tap on "Wi-Fi" Menu

You can check it form here that the "I Love Mi" Wi-Fi Network is not connected to my Mi Phone. When I'm trying to connect "I Love Mi" Wi-Fi Network, it showing for entering password to connect the Wi-Fi Network. Okay, now close this window by pressing back button from your Mi Phone. And follow my instructions.

Step 3

Tap on "Advanced settings"	Tap on "Connect WPS"

Step 4

Wait for A While for Connecting Your Wi-Fi Network	Tap on "OK"

BAAAANG!!!

Now You Are Connected to Your Wi-Fi Network
