- Within the past 24 hours, please fill out this form and we will make every attempt to recover your emails.
- More than 24 hours ago, while we will make every effort to recover your messages it is less likely we will be successful.
- We cannot pick specific emails.
- We cannot pull a certain time frame such as a week or a month.
- We cannot pick from one date to another.
- All emails you received after the recovery date will no longer be available.
Since restoring email that has recently been deleted requires very specific information, we have created a form that will walk you through all of the information that we need. Please send the restore form as soon as possible as this is an extremely time sensitive issue.

Next Steps: Any messages received after the day and time you selected above will not be included in the recovery. For this reason we strongly encourage you to do one of the following for any messages received after that time:
- Forward emails to another email account (such as another Yahoo! Mail account, or Outlook).
- Print emails that you want to save.
- Save emails to your desktop as a text file.
