Redmi or MI Mobile Problems and there Solutions

Hello Friends, This is Vishal, And we are here Today With Some Commom Problems Which u might Face with Remi/MI Devices.

Problem 1:- Suppose Your Mobile Gets Hang? Then What to Do?? Bcoz we cant remove Battery From These Mobiles?
Solution:- Long Press the Power Button For Atleast 30 Sec. and You will see Your Problem is resolved.😃

Problem 2:- Suppose one of your Mobile Feature or Part is not Working Properly then How to identify wether it is Software Problem or Hardware Problem??
Solution:- Use Your Mobile in Enginner Mode I.e

Dial *#*#6484#*#*

or

Dail *#*#64663#*#* in the phone application

and run the Automatic test which will test Your Full Mobile otherwise run the selected Test for which u Might be facing Problem.

and if any test Failed then It will Be software Issue and If test Gets Successful then it Might be A Software Issue .

Software Issue

Over time, the phone's software can be bogged down and have errors. A factory reset often solves the problem. To do so, follow the following steps.

1. Backup Data
2. Turn off the phone
3. Boot the device into recovery mode by holding down the power and volume downbuttons
4. Navigate to wipe data/factory reset using the volume buttons. Use the power buttonto select
5. Select yes-delete all user data
6. Select reboot system now to restart the phone
