Turn Your Phone Into A Network Camera Without Internet using IP Webcam

What is IP Webcam?

IP Webcam is an Android app that lets you transform your phone into a network camera which will let you remotely view videos that are captured real-time. You can view your camera on any platform with VLC player or any web browser by using IP Webcam. And also you can stream video inside WiFi network without internet access.

(*NB: Only local area network - LAN. If you want to use it without internet)

Software Requirements:
1. IP Webcam App on Your Smartphone
2. Adobe Flash Player (If you are using Web Browser for streaming video) [Click Here to Download, if you don't have]
3. Web Browser on Your PC
4. WiFi Connectivity
After installing this app on your phone, follow my instructions step by step to know how to use IP Webcam. Now, let's start!

1st Step

First of all connect your phone and PC to same WiFi network:

Mobile	PC

2nd Step

Now, Open IP Webcam on your phone, tap on three dots then select "Start Server":

3rd Step

Notedown the IPv4 Link and open this Link via Web Browser (For Streaming You Can Use VLC Player Also):

IPv4 Link on Your Phone	Open This IPv4 Link via Web Browser

4th Step

After loading select Flash for "Video Renderer and Audio Player":

5th Step

Now active your Flash Player on your Web Browser:

Click on "Active Adobe Flash"	Select "Allow and Remember"

BAAAANG!!!

Now You Can Stream Real-Time Video From Your Phone Without Using Internet.
